Traffic to IPC Ignite's titles has shown 'superlative' year-on-year growth, according to the latest figures from the Audit Bureau of Circulations Electronic (ABCe).

The data for June, which will be released on August 14, suggests a 121 per cent year-on-year increase in unique users for Nuts.co.uk, while NME.com recorded a 107 per cent year-on-year rise, a press release from the publisher said.

Unique users of Loaded.co.uk also grew by 51 per cent compared to this figure for June last year.

Music website NME.com recorded 3,501,326 unique users, rising by 1,808,130 from 1,693,196 in June 2007.

Nuts attracted 1,398,243 unique users for Nuts.co.uk - an increase of 766,776 from 631,467 in June 2007.

Earlier this year Nuts launched its own online community for readers - MyNuts, and has expanded video content on the site.

Loaded, which posted a smaller rise, saw 311,610 unique users in June this year, which was an increase of 104,658 from 206,952 recorded the previous year.

According to Jo Smalley, publishing director of Nuts and Loaded, Nuts.co.uk recorded 50 million page impressions in June.

“These results are a fine testament to the skill and ability of the teams working on the Ignite online brands. The whole team at IPC Ignite is integrated across editorial, technical, commercial and marketing in a way unsurpassed in publishing," said Anthony Thornton, Ignite group digital editor.
