As part of the deal users will be able to search on the Telegraph site for new and used cars and bikes listed by Auto Trader.
Auto Trader, the UK-based motoring website and magazine is part of Trader Media Group, which is jointly owned by Apax Partners and Guardian Media Group (GMG) as the majority shareholder.
The motoring channel is the latest in a line of redesigned sections for Telegraph.co.uk following the launch of a new finance channel last month.
"We're delighted to be working with Auto Trader," said Nigel Leigh, Telegraph Media Group's digital manager for classified, in a release.
"This is a fantastic partnership that will enable the Telegraph consumer to access our new one-stop shop for the best motoring deals in the UK."
