About me
I am a highly experienced journalist, editor and copywriter, based near Northampton, and can help out in three main ways:
Editorial articles: Features, news, interview pieces or other editorial requirements. Specialist areas include HR/recruitment, workplace issues, employee benefits, supply chain/procurement, small business, technology and sustainability, but I can turn my hand to anything in the B2B space.
Editor: I am an experienced magazine and website editor, with a strong background in customer publishing and particularly for membership organisations. I currently edit titles in the education and fire safety sectors, and have previously edited titles for the Federation of Small Businesses, NICEIC and Wolseley. I can help out with regular contracts or 'bits' of other publications that may need additional resource, including subbing and proofing.
Commercial content: I work regularly with brands and publishers to help paid-for content work. Whether that's research reports, white papers, blogs or thought leadership/advertorial features, I work closely with clients to determine the brief and the approach, and produce copy that helps position brands as experts to their target audience. I can also help chair events and roundtables.
