The websites of Nuts, Loaded and NME will show large growth in unique users when traffic figures are made public next week, publisher IPC Media claimed today.
IPC suggested that figures from the Audit Bureau of Circulations Electronic (ABCe) , which are due to be published on February 14, will show an increase of 314,323 unique users for the Nuts magazine site over the five months from June to its most recent audit in November - a rise of 49.8 per cent to a total of 945,790. Loaded's website is expected to recorded 308,442 unique users for November, a growth of 101,490 (49 per cent), while music site NME.com is expected to return a smaller increase of 130,842 (7.7 per cent) unique users to a total of 1,824,038.
Eric Fuller, IPC Ignite's managing director, said the group results 'underlined' the publishers 'commitment to providing meaningful, audited data' on web usage.
In addition to making its traffic figures public early, IPC also claimed that the expansion of NME's video content onto other sites, such as YouTube , has attracted over 2.5 million viewings in under a year.
