NYTimes.com has launched 'Bits,' a new blog covering technology trade show news, analysis and product reviews.
The Times will start the blog this week with coverage from the Consumer Electronics Show and the Macworld convention.
The Times' technology writers Damon Darlin, Brad Stone and Eric Taub will be blogging from the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and David Pogue will be providing live coverage from Macworld in San Francisco.
"We're excited to launch a blog dedicated to news and commentary about two of the most closely watched technology events of the year," said Kevin McKenna, Times technology editor.
"Our aim is to provide readers, whether interested consumers or industry insiders, with insights they can't get elsewhere."
