Ambitious sales and marketing firm AJG Direct are looking to get 2017 off to a big start. With growth the primary order of play it was a great opportunity to attend a seminar hosted in London Hilton Bankside. The event was held over two days, Friday 27th and Saturday 28th January. The industry specific conference was set up for business owners looking to take their businesses to the next level, with workshops focussing on reputation management, recruitment and nurturing entrepreneurial spirit.

The venue boasts a flexible conference space catering for groups sized 8 to 700: it offered organisers the ability to split the conference into subcategories, allowing tailored itineraries to suit each delegate.
The meeting allowed delegates to benefit from industry experts speaking on their experience of running their direct marketing businesses, and each obstacle along the way, touching on their individual learning experiences. Organisers were careful to cover topics suited for new business owners such as establishing a brand through online reputation management, critical to business growth. Organisers drafted in experts in their field to provide education on basics through to sourcing top talent in specific areas. Business packs were offered from each workshop for business owners to take home with them in order to extend overall impact post event. Finally, to add further enjoyment organisers arranged a competition for delegates to take home a new car, the competition rules and guidelines were shared during the event, the contest focused on growth and sales targets.
