South West based technology company, WestSpring IT, are backing their commitment to putting client experience first, by welcoming two new faces to their team – Mark Salen and Dan Butler.

They have welcomed Mark as their senior client experience manager. Mark, from Chippenham, has joined the South West company following over a decade of experience in the IT industry. He has joined the team to support its growth by managing client experience at a senior level.

“I want to get to know the clients and their business as well as possible so I can help them get as much value as possible from WestSpring IT, and to continue to be a strategic partner of theirs now and in the future,” said Mark.

In Mark’s senior role, he will be working closely with WestSpring IT’s clients and making sure their technology supports the plans customers have for their business’ future.

“It’s been a great introduction. The company has been really friendly and welcoming, and it feels like a business where a positive team culture isn’t just something they talk about, it really matters to them. The office feels like an exciting and engaging place to work.”

Adding to their pool of talented professionals, WestSpring IT have also welcomed 26-year-old Dan Butler. Dan, from Nailsea, North Somerset, is joining after working in the telecommunications and recruitment sectors previously.

“Having worked with WestSpring IT as both a client and a partner for the last 8 years, the client experience is extremely important for me to replicate,” commented Dan. “I aspire to continue providing a brilliant service, which has allowed the business to get where they are today.”

“Within my role I plan to spend a lot of time with my clients to understand their business goals and how technology can be an enabler to help achieve this. It has been a brilliant start and there are some exciting things happening!”

Emma Carter, CEO of Westpring IT, spoke about how exciting it is to bring more talent onboard to support client experience.

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Dan and Mark to our Westspring IT team. They have taken to their roles incredibly well and their determination to put client experience at the heart of our work has been incredible.”

“Mark and Dan joining the team with their calibre of experience and expertise, marks an exciting time for us. We can’t wait to see the positive impact they will continue to have on us and our clients.”
