London, 18 July 2024: On Wednesday, 24 July, in celebration of International Self-Care Day, a distinguished panel of well-being experts will convene from 7:00pm to 8:30pm (UK time) to explore the critical questions of why and how individuals can overcome the most commonly reported barriers to doing self-care.
This online discussion is free to attend and, thanks to the range of experts participating, promises to offer valuable insights to a broad audience.
International Self-Care Day, observed on 24 July, symbolically represents the importance of self-care 24/7. The significance of self-care is often misunderstood, a key topic that the expert panel will address during this insightful session.
The event is hosted by Thor A Rain, a health activist, trainer, pain and fatigue specialist, and First Aid for Feelings author. Thor and the panel will delve into the most frequently reported challenges in prioritising self-care:
