No more frozen pizzas: learn to make pizza like a pro

This December marks the start of trying something new for Gloucestershire-based bespoke pizza company CasaGees.

CasaGees will be releasing their bespoke online pizza-making course that enables people to learn the art of creating their own authentic Neapolitan-style pizza.

The family-run CasaGees has been delivering and serving their local village of Bishops Cleeve since starting up as a side hustle during lockdown. Owners Rachael Willoughby and Elliott Richmond launched the brand as a response to the downturn in their original software business.

Elliott has always made his own Italian pizza at home for friends and family. However, it was the shock of lockdown which pushed the couple to bake pizzas for local delivery to tide them over until the pandemic was over.

CaseGees became a hit in their Cotswold community and has gone from strength to strength over the last three years with no signs of stopping.

“After growing our local customer base, we’ve launched our own mobile pizza kitchen for event catering in and around the Gloucestershire area. However we cannot be physically everywhere,” Rachael said.

“Our online course is another logical step in increasing what we can offer further afield. We are teaching others to create the best authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to impress and wow their friends and family!”

It’s ideal for those who don’t live in the Cotswolds but want a taste of CasaGees flavours. The course consists of a series of videos that you can watch at your leisure and in the convenience of your own home.
