Outsourced firm PerDM believes that communicating their client’s core values to potential customers has already increased customer and donor acquisition and will provide greater customer retention in the long term. Research reported in the UK magazine MarketingWeek reveals that 91% of consumers are influenced in their buying decisions by the way a company treats its customers and communities. A study by the consultancy firm Goodbrand reports that brands which promote their ethical stance are more likely to attract affluent customers. Consumers classified as "highly ethical" consist of almost a fifth of the consumer population.

Loyal and financially stable customers are valuable to PerDM’s growing client base who depend on new acquisitions as a vital source of income. PerDM Director Ian Attwood believes that following ethical practices will play an even bigger role throughout 2013 "Since the global economic downturn we have all become more aware of the impact that businesses can have on their environment and community. There has been an emotional shift away from businesses that are solely focused on their bottom line, which is evident in consumer buying patterns."

PerDM provides training to ensure suppliers adhere to their ‘ethical fundraising’ policy, by clearly communicating the core messages of the charity. "Supporting a noble cause should be a pleasurable experience for the customer," explains PerDM’s Director Ian Attwood. "This creates a greater level of engagement and brand awareness with the public. We can also guarantee higher customer retention because donors are empowered rather than coerced into supporting. At PerDM building long-term client relations is crucial to our own success as a company. We only achieved our current level of growth by providing our clients with a sustainable customer base."

PerDM have representation in 56 markets. Their incredible market reach combined with their focus on ethical practices makes them the largest outsourced field marketing firm in the UK and Ireland.

About PerDM
We aim to be the UK’s foremost field sales organisation. Delivering high quality results through consistency and reliability.

PerDM Contact Marketing Limited was established in August 2005 in response to the UK markets need for a field sales organisation capable of delivering high quality results with consistency and reliability.

The company was formed by a group of former UK financial services executives and senior executives from the leading North American field sales agency and since 2005 we have continually recruited leading figures from the B2C and B2B business arena.

The company provides a flexible, scalable and highly cost-effective communications resource that can be deployed as a simple extension of, or complement to, a client's existing sales team. Additionally where a client does not possess such a team then PerDM is able to fulfill that function.

We can offer nationwide coverage of the UK and Ireland and are all first class communicators able to support new customer acquisition, customer retention, product promotion and product utilisation efforts.
