Samsung Electronics UK and WeFix ‘we come to you’ doorstep repair – voted best service and repair at Mobile News Awards
Together, Samsung and WeFix have been awarded the accolade of best service and repair at the recent Mobile News Awards held in London.
This incredible success tops off a great year where Samsung and WeFix have recently agreed to strengthen and continue their exclusive relationship as part of a three-year deal.
WeFix, the UK’s only manufacturer-approved Samsung ‘we come to you’ smartphone and tablet repairer, has extended its relationship with Samsung Electronics to continue to provide its customers with convenient in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.

The three-year agreement guarantees WeFix will remain the exclusive provider of doorstep repair services to Samsung’s smartphone and tablet customers throughout the UK.

The WeFix fleet of 60 custom-built mobile workshops, is set to grow as demand for the unique ‘we come to you’ doorstep repair service increases.
Using Samsung genuine parts, specialist equipment and authorised trained engineers, the service offers the same high standard of repair available through other Samsung accredited channels, but with the greatest level of convenience possible. This is just one part of Samsung and WeFix’s promise to go the extra mile for its customers.
