Are you a sports journalist? Do you think you have what it takes to become one of the Award Winners at the SJA British Sports Journalism Awards? Well then you have come to the right place. The SJA British Sports Journalism Awards is one of the major events. As well as a unique event among the Journalism sector. This event is open to all sports journalist working in the media field.

The SJA’s major awards ceremonies has a history dating back to 1949. It continues to present awards every year. The SJA Awards aim to celebrate and promote great journalism. Both interesting to public and the public interest. This ceremony attracts more than 700 of the country’s leading sports journalists.

The judges volunteer their time and experience. They have current and past sports journalist who worked/working in all forms of sports media. Including broadcasters, photographers and other professionals with a track record in sports. There are five or six judges for each category. The voting ranking is one to six. The entries that make the shortlist are those that accumulated the most points. The entry with the most votes will be the ultimate winner.
