TC Harrison JCB has been through tough times before. The company founded in 1931, has survived the Second World War and numerous recessions in the UK. Whilst the current lockdown under the Coronavirus outbreak has meant a change in practices, it certainly has not dampened its drive and commitment to harness its durable history as one of the UK's premier JCB Dealer Groups.


As the UK struggles to adjust to the new norm, TC Harrison JCB has launched a new campaign to re-enforce its commitment to its customers and resilience in selling/delivering and maintaining machines no matter the situation. The new 'Direct2You' initiative focuses on its ability to sell from units held in stock, even when JCB has been forced to scale back on production worldwide.


Robert Wilson, joint managing director TC Harrison Group Ltd, said: "We've sold machines and helped customers through much tougher situations in the past and we see the current environment as an opportunity to reiterate our commitment to our customers.

"We will continue to sell machines and help our customers however we can. Our sales team have been fantastic in using their initiative to launch a scheme whereby we can deliver or arrange for a customer to collect a machine from stock, safely and professionally."


He added: "We have been doing this for years without a second thought, but now our safety standards have become paramount in making sure our customers can continue to work as efficiently as possible during this challenging time, without worrying about collecting or taking delivery of a machine."


TC Harrison JCB has highlighted a cross-section of machines, that can all be sold and delivered to or collected by customers on a very short-lead time to help increase the flexibility of their customers' workforces; including the iconic JCB Backhoe range, a full range of JCB mini excavators, JCB Access Platforms, as well as JCB Telehandlers and the latest JCB X-Series Excavators. All of which can be supplied to the customers' exact needs to include machine installation and set-up, as well as bespoke attachments and fittings.
