During negotiations between Zicam Security and Influence Gardens & Driveways it appeared to be an ideal match for both parties. As a result, Zicam acquired a stake in Lee's company, which allowed him to establish a new business called Impact Grounds Maintenance.

The main objective behind this decision was to ensure that their clients continue to receive exceptional and professional services, just as they always have. In addition to offering integrated security systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and perimeter protection, they can also provide grounds design, landscaping, and maintenance services.
