Have you tried the pomodoro technique? Scott said its reward system can help you keep focus.
"It involves deciding on a task, setting a timer for 25 minutes (‘pomodoro’ is Italian for ‘tomato’ — the inventor used a tomato-shaped timer while devising the technique) and then rewarding yourself with a short break," she explained.
