He warns not to get comfortable in a simple role, given how companies are continually automating more and more basic processes.
"So how long should you stick to your ‘easy’ job? As long as you feel you’re learning something, it’s probably okay. The moment you’ve stopped being challenged, start looking for other options," he writes.
