Although social media has changed the way journalists find and research stories, monitoring the constant flood of tweets and posts can be problematic.
The Wall Street Journal's Sarah Marshall recently posted this guide to setting up email alerts whenever a particular Twitter account sends a new tweet, useful for keeping an eye on some topics and issues without having to constantly check the account itself on the off-chance there is something new.
