The pandemic has not been kind to our mental health. Exhaustion, burnout, stress and anxiety are common feelings at the moment. Work can be a trigger for many of these emotions.
Adam Morris is a cognitive behavioural therapist and he also volunteers for the UK mental health charity Mind. On his LinkedIn account, he provides an infographic outlining activities you can do to keep yourself in check.
For example, he recommends using a journal to keep a record of your day's progress. When you look back at it, you can feel good about your breakthroughs and wins.
