Mental health has become a big talking point in journalism. We have all felt the burden of a two-year relentless and negative news cycle, coupled with the health concerns and isolation that come with a pandemic.

Unfortunately here is also a long history of toxic workplace behaviour in the media, with mental health being treated as a taboo subject. Initiating change is hard, as staff may find it hard to open up or buy into the concept.
