Yahoo has launched a display advertising platform on its mobile web service across 19 countries.
The interactive adverts, which will run near the top of the home page, will allow users to click on and directly call the advertiser or to gain more information.
Advertisers, including Hilton's embassy suites, Infiniti, Intel, Nissan, Pepsi, Procter & Gamble Asia Pacific and Singapore Airlines, have launched the inaugural campaigns on this new platform across countries Europe, Asia and the Americas
The new service is available in Europe in Britain, Ireland, Germany, Spain, France, Italy and in the Americas in US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
It will also become available in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
