Blog search engine Technorati will now produce its own original content, it announced to users this week.
The site is looking for bloggers to become 'Technorati Writers' and post articles relating to their area of expertise. New content will appear on the site from next month.
"Technorati is entering into the next phase of our evolution: original content," it announced in an email.
"This is an amazing opportunity to give your writing vast exposure, become known as an expert in your field(s) of interest, and to join a vibrant writer community."
No information about payment for contributions has been released. Interested parties are asked to sign up via the website and include samples of their writing in a message to Technorati's editors. Last year the blog search engine launched an advertising network for bloggers registered with the site.
