Hachette Filipacchi UK has named Anna Jones as acting digital director.

Jones will take control of the editorial and technical teams across the publisher's digital portfolio, which includes ELLEuk.com and sites for Psychologies and Red magazines.

She will also oversee media and entertainment website DigitalSpy acquired by the publisher last week , while retaining responsibilities from her current role as head of marketing.

Jones succeeds Dave Killeen, who left HF UK in February to join eFinancialCareers.com.

She previously worked for Emap before joining HF UK as head of marketing for its women's titles in 2005.
