The channel will include exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from fashion shoots and expert 'how-to' styling and wellbeing advice.
According to Handbag, the service will also carry celebrity gossip, film, music and entertainment news sourced through partnerships with leading providers including Youtube.com.
Planned future developments include site reporters filing videos from shows, parties and events.
"Combining bespoke content created especially for the channel with the very best that's available on the web, we hope to create a thoroughly appealing mix that will chime directly with the varied interests of our handbag readers," said Natasha Aitken, handbag.com editor.
Nivea has signed a two-month deal to act as the launch sponsor.
