If you are an avid and frequent Twitter user – as most journalists these days are – you may have noticed new site Poetweet , created by the Brazilian Contemporary Art centre.

The concept is simple: type a Twitter handle into the text box, choose what type of poem you want then let the software crunch your carefully written tweets into, erm, art?

Ok, Poetweet won't be winning any awards for literature but it gives an entertaining insight into the rhythm and rhyme of each account's output.

So we tried it for UK national newspaper accounts, because journalism. And because Friday.
