The Public Interest News Foundation (PINF) is calling all independent providers of public interest news with a turnover of less than £2m to complete its 2023 survey.

The PINF Index has launched two years ago and the foundation used the results to "raise awareness of the valuable work of independent news publishers among policymakers and donors."

Last year, 72 indie publishers took part and helped PINF paint the picture of the challenges the sector is facing. This year, the foundation is aiming for 100 responses.

The survey takes about 25 minutes to complete and the first 100 participants can claim a £20 thank-you gift. Complete the survey here.
