The 30th annual PPA Awards, the most coveted awards ceremony in the magazine industry, have opened for entries.

The awards ceremony will cover a wide range of disciplines across consumer, business and customer publishing and provide a unique opportunity for publications, brands and individuals to gain industry recognition for outstanding achievement over the past 12 months.

Last year’s awards saw

Shortlist

named consumer publisher of the year as well as

Top Gear

sweeping the international consumer magazine of the year.

The criteria for this year’s awards have been reviewed and re-written to reflect the impact of digital media on magazine publishing.

PPA members can expect to pay £75 plus VAT per entry and non-members can expect to pay £112 plus VAT.

Closing date for entries is Friday 19th February 2010 with the shortlist being announced in April 2010.

The winners will be announced and presented with their awards at a 1950’s themed evening at Grosvenor House Hotel, Mayfair, London in June 2010.
