International communication expert Jose Ucar will take the stage at IMEX Frankfurt 2025 delivering his session "Unlock the Power of Impactful Communication to Build Better Human Connections at IMEX and Beyond"
International communication expert Jose Ucar will take the stage at IMEX Frankfurt 2025 this May, delivering a high-impact session designed to help professionals communicate more effectively and foster stronger human connections.
Titled “Unlock the Power of Impactful Communication to Build Better Human Connections at IMEX and Beyond”, Jose’s talk is part of this year’s IMEX Talking Point: Impact – a theme that invites the global events industry to drive positive change for people and the planet through meaningful collaboration.
Now in its 23rd year, IMEX Frankfurt is the annual hub for the global meetings, events, and incentive travel industry, hosting the largest trade show of its kind in Europe. Held annually in Frankfurt, Germany, the event brings together thousands of professionals to connect, do business, and explore emerging trends.
Its dynamic programme includes educational sessions, exhibitor showcases, networking opportunities, and thought leadership aimed at driving innovation and lasting impact.
In his 25-minute session, Jose will share practical tools and actionable strategies to help attendees engage, influence, and leave a positive impression in every conversation. From simplifying communication approaches to making the most of each human interaction, Jose’s techniques are designed to enhance both professional and personal relationships.
“International connection has been part of my life since I travelled to Sweden as an exchange student at 16,” said Jose. “I’ve always believed in the power of communication to break down barriers, build trust, and create positive change across cultures and industries. At IMEX, I’ll show attendees how they can do exactly that – and more.”
A recognised TEDx speaker, communication coach, and author of Global Influence, Jose brings more than a decade of experience supporting leaders and organisations worldwide. His approach centres on three core pillars: trust, adaptability, and global leadership. His mission is to help people communicate with confidence, clarity, and purpose - regardless of context or culture.
“Early in my business journey, I quickly discovered that relationships are everything, both in business and in life. I started out packing boxes and gradually worked my way through logistics, customer service, technical support, and sales, before eventually becoming Marketing Manager for Europe. One of my mentors used to send me across the globe to meet people face to face. Not to sell, but to connect. Those experiences made me a key person of influence in the business and opened doors I never imagined.”
Jose’s session supports IMEX’s wider commitment to building better human connections globally – an initiative encouraging the events community to do business, learn, and collaborate to create meaningful impact.
Jose will be speaking at IMEX Frankfurt on Tuesday 20 May, from 10:35am to 11:00am, at Messe Frankfurt in the Canyon Room, Inspiration Hub, Hall 9.
