Graeme McCracken told an Association of Online Publishers (AOP) forum that beta service Zibb.com , which allows users to search content across the Reed Business portfolio and other selected B2B websites, also recorded one million page impressions over the last month.

The unique user figures for the vertical search engine , which was launched in January last year, are growing at a rate of 42 per cent per month, he added.

"We want to give the user the best possible answer and if it comes from the EE Times website [published by CMP] or it comes from [another] competitor then we should be big enough and bold enough to say this is about the user not about us," said McCracken.
