Sky Learning has launched a new awards scheme to recognise budding young journalists aged 14-19.
The Young Journalist of the Year Awards, which will run until September 1, will celebrate young reporters in print, online, radio and television.
Entrants can report on local, national or international news and should submit their work unpublished.
Prizes include an iMac with Final Cut Express and a tour of the Sky News Studio.
During the competition members of the Sky News team will blog about experiences from their careers and answer readers' questions.
