The BBC College of Production held a #CoPWorkshop today (Tuesday, 3 December) on the pros and cons of working for free – whether through volunteering, work experience or internships.

Simon Wright, a talent executive at the BBC Academy, was on hand to answer questions and offer advice on how to get the most out of the experience, what to do if you think you are being exploited and how to make the next step in your career.
