- About me
- In a nutshell: I write about the ocean.
I'm a freelance marine science, conservation & sustainability copywriter (and certified scuba diver with around 250 logged dives) and I love telling cool stories about the ocean.
My articles have been published by the likes of National Geographic, Sunday Times, the Guardian, New Scientist, VICE and more.
Ways of working with me:
🌊 If you're a marine scientist or conservationist with an upcoming study, I'd love to hear about your work in case it inspires a story that I can pitch to my editors.
📚 If you're an editor looking to commission an ocean writer, or are open to pitches, I'd love to chat about the type of articles I could write for you.
💙 If your organisation is making a difference to our blue planet and you need a writer to help tell your story, I can help with messaging development, impact reports, whitepapers, blogs, articles, press releases and more.
📰 If you're a for-purpose brand (or solopreneur) and need some guidance on your PR strategy, my bespoke PR Power Hours might be helpful for you. During these 60-minute one-to-one PR consultancy sessions, we'll focus on whatever comms challenge you're currently facing: whether you're just starting out and feel overwhelmed by how to start getting press coverage or are a PR expert that needs a sounding board to help perfect your upcoming campaign.
Feel free to drop me a message to discuss how I can help with your project.
