Video journalist Matt Danzico took a break from travelling the globe with BBC Pop Up to tell us why he finds his job so rewarding, and what a not-so-average day looks like for him.

Danzico explains that although it is easy for a novice to learn the practical techniques of video journalism, the profession requires a large amount of skill and dedication to perfect.
