She will now be responsible for editing four of The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) members magazines, ensuring readers are kept informed about the latest developments and best practice within that sector, she told Journalism.co.uk.
"The challenge will be to ensure that each title sets the agenda within its sector of the property industry," explained Renshaw.
Renshaw joins from The Negotiator, a magazine for residential and letting agents, published by Ocean Media where she held the same position.
Her advice to aspiring editors is: "The most important people to give a voice to are your readers: a prime requisite is find them, and what they do, interesting."
