Earlier this year, Barcroft graduated the University of East Anglia, where she studied history.
Prior to joining Ski+board, she undertook work experience at the Independent, Norwich Evening News and Eastern Daily Press.
Her advice for someone wanting to be an editor is: "Fill all your free time with doing interesting things and as much work experience that you can find! Never say no to a challenge and show yourself to be a team player."
