AssetGo, a leading Sheffield based Fleet Management and Maintenance software provider has launched a significant new development to their platform, which they believe will propel their business onto further success.

The AssetGo team has been working extremely hard over the past year to develop a new Tachograph Analysis and Drivers Hours Module. This new innovation brings a range of powerful features to AssetGo, providing a solution that combines both maintenance and compliance with tachograph analysis, all within a single system.

The upgrade enables businesses to manage all their maintenance and compliance requirements, alongside tachograph analysis. This seamless addition eliminates the need for multiple systems, allowing users to gain a single view, save time, reduce complexity and improve overall operational efficiency.

AssetGo's existing maintenance and compliance features have been seamlessly integrated with the Tachograph Analysis and Drivers Hours Module. This enables smooth data flow between the various functionalities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all aspects of fleet management. Vehicles and drivers can be easily onboarded using data cards, capturing all their details without manual entry.

The platform allows fleet managers to generate bespoke reports that cover both tachograph analysis and maintenance/compliance activities. These reports and a real-time dashboard provide valuable insights into fleet performance, enabling users to make informed decisions, identify trends and take proactive measures to optimise operations.

Managers can now gain visibility of total driver hours and availability within the system, enabling users to plan and allocate as required and avoid driver shortage and vehicle downtime. It also flags up where driver hours are missing, enabling Manager’s to chase and manually enter missing information.

The new Infringement Reporting identifies drivers who are at risk of disqualification, highlighting potential risk and driver shortage. The system allows minor driver infringements to be easily signed off via the app, replacing the need to scan or print, saving time and money.

In addition to this, the AssetGo platform is approved by the DVSA for their Earned Recognition Scheme. It can provide a full audit trail enabling operators to become compliant with the DVSA, whilst cutting down on manual procedures and reducing human error.

AssetGo’s managing director, Matt Cotton, commented: "The new Tachograph Analysis and Drivers Hours Module is a significant development for our business, and takes the system to the next level. We have worked closely with clients to ensure the development provides the functionality they need, and user feedback has been extremely positive. We’re excited to see what opportunities this will bring."
