Iceman Wim Hof set to melt stress of miserable Brits

Extreme athlete Wim Hof, AKA ‘The Iceman’, is set to melt the stress of business owners later this month, appearing as a keynote speaker at the UK’s most re-attended event Expert Empires. Taking his cold water immersion (CWI) method out to a select audience, the Guiness World Record holder and bestselling motivational speaker will be showing company owners how to double their business in 2024.

Hof espouses 20-minute cold water dips and cold exposure preceded by his own breathing techniques, to lower stress and ‘turn your frown upside down’.
