For many, paid work experience is an unattainable fantasy. But there are surprisingly easy ways to get noticed and get your foot in the door
Getting work experience in journalism, especially in broadcast, is hard. Getting paid experience is even harder. It is not, however, impossible.
Jem Collins, founding director and editor-in-chief, Journo Resources, knows this all too well. In this article, she offers a step-by-step guide on securing paid industry placements.
"Make sure to be strategic when contributing. If you want to be a broadcast journalist there’s no point presenting.
