Bryant, who worked as editor-in-chief of the Daily and Sunday Telegraph, gets the position of a chairman, while Cole and Harding have been appointed as committee members.
Harding (right) previously held the position of director at English networks and news for the BBC World Service.
Cole is Professor of Journalism at the University of Sheffield and was founder editor of the Sunday Correspondent.
"The expansion and diversification of the roles played by PA Group means that this is a challenging moment to set up The Press Association Trust (…) I look forward to working with Peter and Phil on this challenge," said Bryant.
