The company has also made a raft of other appointments in the digital arena.
Ms Woolford joins IPC from Ocean Village where she worked as a e-commerce and customer relationship management executive responsible for digital analysis and development.
In addition, IPC Insight has promoted Louise Osilaja to Insight manager in its central sales team. Marianne Fairbanks joins IPC Weeklies as insight manager and Jenny Gill joins IPC Advertising as insight assistant.
The publisher has created other new roles. Nick Bradley has been appointed as director of digital advertising and Heena Varambhia has been appointed as online design editor with the publishers.
