Louise Druce
The Sift Media-published online resource centre MyCustomer.com has announced Louise Druce as its new editor.

Druce was previously features editor at the same title and will keep her role as editor at KnowledgeBoard.com, also published by Sift Media.

Druce advises aspiring editors maintain a good relationship with their staff, because, as she told Journalism.co.uk, 'it’s just as much about the support you receive, as the team you support.'
