McGlinchey joins the title straight from St Mary’s College, University of Surrey after graduating in history and media arts.
"From a graduate perspective, getting to know people in the industry is key," advised McGlinchey to those looking to take their first job in journalism.
"As part of my university project, I did a radio production feature on Arab investment, and met some of the leading figures in the finance industry. They then turned me in the direction of Euromoney."
