She moves from her current role as deputy editor on IPC's Amateur Gardening magazine. She originally joined IPC Media as a trainee journalist for The Gardener Magazine and Your Garden.
Westhorpe has several years expertise in the horticulture industry, with experience as an interior landscaper, as a greenkeeper and gardener for Bournemouth Parks department, and has lectured on horticulture at Kingston Maurward College in Dorchester, she told Journalism.co.uk.
