Setter moves to her new role after previously working as a multimedia production journalist at the Press Association.
She worked at PA for 18 months - her first job in journalism - after initially being taken on as a trainee.
Setter also has a second job as assistant editor of Village and Country Homes For Sale, a free paper based in Somerset.
