The British Society of Magazine Editors (BSME) has announced the shortlist for its annual awards, and CNTraveller.com editor Abigail Chisman has made it into the online category for the second year running.

In 2003 Ms Chisman went on to win the best web editor award for her work on Vogue.com.

This year she is up against Chris Mooney of FHM.com, Anthony Thornton of NME.com, Adam Lachmere of decanter.com and Giles Wilson of the BBC News Online magazine.

Winners will be announced at the London Hilton hotel on 22 November.
