BusinessWeek Online relaunched yesterday with an enhanced multimedia area and a new line-up of columnists.

The new writers include Michael Mandel, BusinessWeek's chief economist, and Standard & Poor's chief economist David Wyss and columns will have a different theme each day of the week, such as economics on Mondays and technology and science on Thursdays.

BusinessWeek TV has been expanded to include clips from the magazine's 'Money talks' programme.

The site also features daily polls on current issues and a dedicated section for coverage of the 2004 presidential race.
