VNU has announced key changes in its senior management that will help the business publisher to more closely integrate its on and offline publications.Duncan Tickell is now VNU's publishing director following a move from his role as group publisher for Dennis Publishing's games division.
Robert van Loon has moved from a European online role to become online director for VNU UK, and Geoff Baker is now finance director after a move from VNU's web businesses.
"We have created a management team with the broadest range of skills and experience," said Ruud Bakker, UK managing director for VNU.
"This is in order to maximise margins from traditional sources of income as well as growing new channels of revenue through online services and the digital distribution of products."
